Our Shipping Policy:

We are a small boutique jewellery brand and our products are handmade in batches to fit customer demand. So, our delivery times are slightly longer (3-4 weeks). If you are ordering a Christmas gift, please order by the 17th of December if you are based in the UK. If you are based outside of the UK please email us at info@ambajewellery.com if you are ordering a Christmas gift after 10th December.

UK Shipping - 3-4 weeks, signed for: 3.99

We provide free UK shipping for orders over £100

International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We provide free international shipping on orders over £300.

 

International Taxes

Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the UK. Orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. 

These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days or if you are international and have not received your order within 20 working days of the date on which you ordered, pop over an email to info@ambajewellery.com.
