Our Shipping Policy and Delivery Fees:
We are a small boutique jewellery brand and our products are handmade in batches to fit customer demand. So, our delivery times are slightly longer (3-4 weeks). If you are ordering a Christmas gift, please order by the 17th of December if you are based in the UK. If you are based outside of the UK please email us at email@example.com if you are ordering a Christmas gift after 10th December.

We provide free UK shipping for orders over £100
International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We provide free international shipping on orders over £300.
Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the UK. Orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country.
These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 30 working days or if you are international and have not received your order within 40 working days of the date on which you ordered, pop over an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are ordering a Christmas gift, please order by the 17th December if you are based in the UK. If you are based outside of the UK please shoot us an email at email@example.com if you are ordering a Christmas gift after 10th December.
How does the Two Year Warranty process work?
We love jewellery, but we love our planet more. So, we have designed our pieces to stay with you for the long haul. This is why every hand-crafted AMBA piece comes with our Two Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair Service for a small fee once your warranty is up.
To start the process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need your proof of receipt, a description and a photo of the damage. If you live in the UK we will provide free shipping and returns twice, after this, you will need to cover the cost of returns and shipping. We will restore your item and return it to you.
How does the Lifetime repair service work?
If your item becomes damaged, but you have owned it for longer than two years, don't worry! We will still fix it. Just contact us at email@example.com with your proof of receipt, a description and a photo of the damage and we will send you the small repair fee (this differs slightly for each item).
How do I make a return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including the original jewellery box and pouch. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
These items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns.
- Any returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (please ensure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.
- Please include your name and order number within your return.
- We cannot accept returns on any jewellery that has been personalised or engraved.

What should I do if I receive damaged/faulty jewellery?
Quality assurance is among our highest priorities, however if you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact us immediately using the Contact Form or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue for you.
