How does the Two Year Warranty process work?
We love jewellery, but we love our planet more. So, we have designed our pieces to stay with you for the long haul. This is why every hand-crafted AMBA piece comes with our Two Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair Service for a small fee once your warranty is up.
To start the process, please contact us at email@example.com. We will need your proof of receipt, a description and a photo of the damage. If you live in the UK we will provide free shipping and returns twice, after this, you will need to cover the cost of returns and shipping. We will restore your item and return it to you.
How does the Lifetime repair service work?
If your item becomes damaged, but you have owned it for longer than two years, don't worry! We will still fix it. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of receipt, a description and a photo of the damage and we will send you the small repair fee (this differs slightly for each item).
How do I make a return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including the original jewellery box and pouch. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
These items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
